  • Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days before being shipped.

  • Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:

    • Domestic (U.S.): 5-12 business days after fulfillment

    • International: 10-20 business days after fulfillment

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

  • Tracking updates are provided by Printful’s partnered carriers.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses in the United States and select international locations.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue with Printful.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
